Refund Policy

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping fees, restocking fees and taxes) will be refunded to you via the original payment method such as PayPal and bank transfer. In the case that you used multiple methods of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Our policy is applicable for 7 days after you received your item.

Return Process

If your Product arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund. Before returning Product, you must contact us directly to obtain an authorization number to include with your return. You must return it to us in their original or equivalent packaging, and you are responsible for risk of loss, as well as shipping fees back to Abel Herb Products. Product received but not eligible for return will be sent back to your freight collect. For approved returns you will receive credit equal to the lesser of the Product’s invoice price or its current replacement value, less any applicable charges or fees.

Once the Product is returned back to us, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 15 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

Partial Refund

If you want a refund for a part of the order, please name the products you want a refund for. Once we have had a chance to review your request, we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed.

Do I have to return a free gift I received with my order?

You aren’t required to return the free gift with the returned Product. However, if you return the Product, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the prorated value of the free gift.

What if I do not have an order number?

If you don’t have your order number or you have received the Product as a gift, please contact our customer service center.

Refund Exceptions

There is no obligation to provide a refund for situations below:

Product did not meet your expectations;
Change of mind;
Bought the item by mistake;
Do not have sufficient expertise to use the raw materials;
Opened product.
Product not from Abel Herb Products Co., Ltd.
Product purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller (it must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy).

Request for a Refund in Advance

If you have not received the Product yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we’ll credit your account for the price of the Product (excluding shipping fees and taxes).
