Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Normally, the order will be processed between 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Delivery

After the payment is confirmed, the shipment takes around 3-7 business days to reach the customer depending on delivery location.  Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.

Orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be processed on the following business day.

Express Shipping

Delivery typically in one to five business days.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, courier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 service fee per shipment.

Shipping to freight forwarders or other non-residential address

If you use a freight forwarder or ship to a non-residential address (such as a hotel): Abel Herb Products is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to check your shipment status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the courier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours and there is no information available that just means the courier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page. If you do not see tracking information after the first 48 hours, you can contact out Customer Service for details of your shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while the shipment confirmation is not sent. Once an order has a status of “Order Processed” and the shipment confirmation is sent, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the courier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. However, it might be a charge on the shipping fee.

A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back to us.
